Darien

Darien, Georgia is located along the Georgia Atlantic Coast and Altamaha Scenic Byway. The place where "Golden Isles" was coined, Darien is the perfect combination of history and unique nature. With the ideal mild climate all year long and a breathtakingly historic downtown, Darien provides visitors opportunities to discover something new.

Sapelo Island

Sapelo Island is a barrier island that is part of the Coastal Georgia Islands between Savannah and St. Marys rivers and is only accessible via passenger ferry. On the island, dozens of historical, recreational, and educational opportunities await visitors. Popular island attractions include the Reynolds Mansion, the National Estuarine Research Reserve Visitors Center, and Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary.

St. Simons Island

St. Simons Island offers miles of beautiful beach views, Southern charm, and colorful marshland. Known for its resort-style atmosphere, the island boasts many luxurious attractions and restaurants. Because of its spas, charter fishing, and golf courses, Saint Simons is ideal for relaxation.

What We are Doing to Keep Our Guests Safe

While providing a clean vacation rental home has always been extremely important to us Georgia Coast Vacations wants you to be aware of the additional measures we are taking to protect our guests.

As usual we will provide each home/condo with soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent and dish washing liquid. As well as laundry detergent. Paper towels and bathroom tissue will also be provided. If your stay is longer than a week the above items will be on hand to get you started until you can pick up your own preferred products. The kitchen and bathrooms are always a high cleaning priority. After each is cleaned there will be an additional wiping down of hard surfaces with a bleach solution.

Linens are laundered using the highest water temperature possible. Bed coverings will be regularly cleaned and thicker/heavier bedding will be replaced with items that are easier to launder. Remote controls and electronics are also cleaned.

Our cleaner/housekeepers will require additional time during the turnovers. This makes it imperative that our guests check out on time and wait until 3pm before checking in. As always if a home is ready earlier than 3pm we will let you know.
