Standard Rates
Rates are subject to change without notice. A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Minimum stay requirements due to holidays and special events may be in effect. Room rates subject to sales tax of 12-13% (depends on county property is in.)Each property displays the maximum number of guests allowed. Homes occupied by more than the maximum allowed for that property guest will forfeit their rent and be required to leave. No events or house parties permitted.
Cancellations
Georgia Vacations is a small vacation property management enterprise where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We do not overbook. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 (thirty) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation with full refund less a 6% processing fee.Bookings OF 14 (FORTEEN) DAYS OR LONGER REQUIRE A 60 (SIXTY) DAY NOTICE OF CANCELATION
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 30/60 (thirty/SIXTY) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Our cancellation policy is 30/60 days prior to arrival, however, All cancellations will be charged a 6% service fee.

Unclaimed Accommodations, Non-Arrivals, No-Shows
Full charge for the entire reservation will be charged to the reservation credit card for unclaimed accommodations, non-arrivals and no-show on the dates of the confirmed reservation
No Smoking ~
Pet Policy
Pets permitted at Oaks of Eden, Moses Thompson House, Mary's Sunset Creek and Las Palmas with pre approval and an additional pet fee.
Children
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in their party at all times.
